Instructions

2-Second pat the sprouts dry thoroughly using a clean towel to ensure crispiness during air frying.

3-Third in a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt until evenly coated.

4-Fourth preheat the air fryer to 375ยฐF for about 3 minutes to ensure optimal cooking temperature.

5-Fifth place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer to allow proper air circulation.

6-Sixth cook for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even browning and crispness.

7-Seventh for added flavor, prepare(select the optional shallot butter glaze by melting 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, adding 1 finely chopped medium shallot and 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar, then stirring to combine. Toss the cooked sprouts with this glaze if desired.
