4 cod fillets (6 ounces each, skin removed)
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
ยฝ teaspoon paprika
ยฝ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 teaspoons lemon juice
Fresh parsley for garnishing
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1-Brush each cod fillet evenly with 1 teaspoon olive oil to help with crisping.
2-In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon salt, ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder, ยฝ teaspoon paprika, and ยฝ teaspoon ground black pepper, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over each fillet.
3-Preheat the air fryer to 400ยฐF (204ยฐC) for even cooking.
4-Place two fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
5-Open the air fryer, drizzle 1 teaspoon lemon juice over each fillet, and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145ยฐF.
6-Repeat the steps with the remaining fillets, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
