Instructions
1-Prepare ingredients: Measure out 1 cup of apple cider and chop your onion and celery.
2-Heat oil and sear pork: Cook for 3-4 minutes per side over medium-high heat.
3-SautΓ© veggies: Add onion, celery, garlic, and thyme, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
4-Deglaze and thicken: Pour in brandy, add flour, then mix in cider and stock.
5-Bake the chops: Cover and cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 350Β°F.
6-Fry apples: In another pan, cook apple wedges in butter until golden.
7-Finish the dish: Stir in cream, cook uncovered until tender, and add apples before serving.
