4 tablespoons granulated sugar

4 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

12 egg roll wrappers

Instructions

1-Prepare the filling: Prepare the filling by combining 3 cups diced apples with 4 tablespoons granulated sugar, 4 teaspoons cinnamon, ยพ teaspoon additional cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice.

2-Fill the wrappers: Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons of the filling into the center of each egg roll wrapper.

3-Roll and seal: Fold the sides in and roll tightly, sealing the tip with water to keep everything secure during frying.

4-Fry the egg rolls: Heat oil to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and fry each egg roll for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
