35g (1/4 cup) plain flour

2 eggs, beaten

65g (1 cup) panko breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil as needed (6-8 tbsp)

200g (7oz) crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

1-First: combine the honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a bowl and warm it briefly to let the flavors blend, then let it cool.

2-Next: slice the chicken breasts horizontally through the center to make four even pieces for uniform cooking.

3: In a small dish, mix the paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to create your seasoning blend.

4: Prepare three shallow dishes: one with the flour mixed with half the seasoning, one with the beaten eggs, and one with the panko breadcrumbs mixed with the remaining seasoning.

5: Dredge each Chicken piece first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the seasoned panko breadcrumbs, ensuring a thorough coat each time.

6: Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and fry the chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
