Ingredients

– 1 Β½ cups all-purpose flour

– Β½ cup granulated sugar

– 2 teaspoons baking powder

– Β½ teaspoon salt

– ΒΎ cup milk

– ΒΌ cup vegetable oil

– 1 large egg

– Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 Β½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

– 1 tablespoon granulated sugar for topping

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a loaf pan to ensure easy release later.

2-In another bowl, mix your dry ingredients as per the recipe: combine 1 Β½ cups all-purpose flour, Β½ cup granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and Β½ teaspoon salt in Theatre a large bowl.

3-Now, add the wet ingredients to that mix: pour in ΒΎ cup milk, ΒΌ cup vegetable oil, 1 large egg, and Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract, then stir until just blended remember, small lumps are okay to keep it tender!

4-Once your batter is ready, prepare the blueberries by tossing 1 Β½ cups of them with a teaspoon of flour to stop them from sinking. Gently fold the blueberries into the batter using a spatula, then pour everything into your prepared pan and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar on top for a sweet crust.

5-Bake for 60 70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, and let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
