Ingredients

– 8 blueberry biscuits Base for structure

Instructions

1-Start: Start by pressing the center of each of the 8 blueberry biscuits to form a small bowl shape.

2-Spoon: Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry jam into each biscuit bowl, using approximately 4 teaspoons in total.

3-In a separate bowl: use a hand mixer to blend the 1/2 block of cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of sugar until it becomes smooth and creamy.

4-Add: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix again until fully incorporated.

5-Spread: the cream cheese mixture on top of each prepared biscuit using two teaspoons for even coverage.

6-Bake: the biscuits in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes, until they are golden and set.

7-Once baked: remove from the oven and drizzle with frosting. For an extra touch, add fresh blueberries and lemon zest before serving.
