๐Ÿซ Blueberry Pie Bombs are a sweet and easy treat perfect for satisfying your dessert cravings quickly.
๐Ÿช Made with simple biscuit dough and luscious blueberry filling, these bites offer a delightful golden-brown crunch with a burst of fruity flavor.

  • Total Time: 18 minutes
  • Yield: 16 servings

Ingredients

– 1 can of 8 biscuits (not the flaky layers variety)

– 1 cup blueberry pie filling (store-bought or homemade)

– 1/2 cup melted butter

– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

1-First: remove the biscuits from the can and separate each one into two layers, patting each layer into a 4-inch circle, resulting in 16 circles total.

2-Next: place about 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling in the center of each circle.

3-Then: fold the sides together and pinch to seal, shaping them into balls. Brush the tops and bottoms of each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and place the balls about 2 inches apart in the basket.

4-Air fry: at 330ยฐF for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm, and remember, some suggest flipping halfway for even browning to prevent filling from oozing. This method is quick and delivers a crispy texture, but if you prefer, you can bake in the oven at 375ยฐF for 12-14 minutes instead.
