Ingredients

– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

– 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

– 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

– 1 tablespoon butter

– extra butter for rolling

– 1/3 cup sprinkles for coating

Instructions

1-First: combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (or cocoa powder), and 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan.

2-Next: cook this mixture over medium or medium-low heat, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes until it thickens and pulls away from the bottom of the pan to prevent sticking.

3-Once it’s ready, let the mixture cool in the refrigerator until it’s fully chilled that’s key for easy handling.

4-With lightly buttered hands, scoop small amounts of the cooled mixture and roll them into balls.

5-Finally, coat each ball with the sprinkles and pop them in the fridge for a bit to set.
