Instructions
1-Preheat oven to 400ΒΊF (204ΒΊC): In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and spices: paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
2-Pat the chicken wings dry to remove moisture, place them in a bowl, drizzle with cooking oil, and toss to coat evenly. Add the cornstarch-spice mixture and toss again to fully coat the wings.
3-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place wire racks on top. Arrange the wings on the racks with space between each to allow air circulation. Bake for 30 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until they reach the desired doneness and are browned.
4-While the wings bake, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat, then add the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder, stirring to combine.
5-Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl, pour the sauce over them, and toss to coat them evenly. Serve hot for the best taste.
