Instructions

1-Gather all ingredients: 3 cups cranberry juice, 2 cups pomegranate juice, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup coconut milk or cream, 1 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water, 1 teaspoon peppermint extract, a few drops of red food coloring (optional), ice cubes or crushed ice, 6 small candy canes, white sanding sugar, and whipped cream or mini marshmallows.

2-Rim glasses with honey or syrup and dip in white sanding sugar for a frosted effect, adding that extra holiday touch.

3-In a large pitcher, combine 3 cups cranberry juice, 2 cups pomegranate juice, 1 cup pineapple juice, and 1 teaspoon peppermint extract; stir gently to blend the flavors.

4-Add a few drops of red food coloring if you want a vibrant color, then chill the mixture briefly if needed.

5-Just before serving, add 1 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water to create fizz, and slowly pour 1 cup coconut milk over the top without stirring fully to make those pretty peppermint swirls.

6-Serve over ice, use candy canes as stirrers, and garnish with whipped cream or mini marshmallows for a fun finish.
