Instructions
1-First, preheat a large non-stick skillet to medium-high heat as the starting point.
2-Next, lightly butter one side of a tortilla with about half a teaspoon of butter and place it butter side down in the skillet.
3-Then, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of cheese on one half of the tortilla, add about a quarter cup of your preferred filling, and top with 2-3 more tablespoons of cheese.

๐ณ Using a single folded tortilla instead of two stacked tortillas simplifies cooking and flipping.
๐ When flipping, slide the spatula under the open side to keep the crease down and prevent fillings from spilling.
๐ฅ For making multiple quesadillas simultaneously, use an electric griddle greased with butter and cook several at once to save time.
