Ingredients

– 2 cups graham crumbs

– 6 tablespoons melted butter (salted or unsalted)

– 16 ounces softened cream cheese

– ยฝ cup granulated white sugar

– ยฝ cup heavy cream (do not substitute)

– 1 can cherry pie filling (can be replaced with other pie fillings for different flavors)

Instructions

1-In a mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.

2-In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream starting on low speed then increasing to high until it forms peaks.

3-Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and combined.

4-Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust in the baking dish.

5-Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer and smooth the top.

6-Refrigerate the dish for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight to set fully.

7-Remove from the fridge, cut into squares, and serve for a refreshing treat.
