– 10 cups chicken stock or broth

– 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste

– 1/8 teaspoon rosemary, or more, to taste

– 1/8 teaspoon thyme

– 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

– 1 cup homemade egg noodles, or 4 cups dry egg noodles, farfalle, or other bite-sized pasta

– 3 cups rotisserie chicken meat

– 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules or powder, or more as needed

Instructions

1-First, in a large stock pot over medium-high heat, melt the butter and sautรฉ the diced celery and carrots for about 3 minutes.

2-Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds to bring out its aroma. This step builds a solid flavor base that makes the soup truly irresistible.

3-Next, add the chicken stock and season the broth with rosemary, thyme, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust with bouillon powder if needed to get that perfect savory note.

4-Bring the broth to a boil, then add the noodles and cook until just al dente, which takes just a few minutes be sure to remove from heat right away to keep them from getting too soft.

5-Stir in the rotisserie chicken meat, give the broth another taste, and add any extra seasonings as required. This final touch pulls everything together for a hearty, homemade feel.
