5-Once it’s boiled, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
6-Pour it over the mixed cereals and toss everything gently to ensure even coverage.
7-Preheat the oven and prepare your baking sheets as mentioned.
8-Mix the cereals in a bowl and set aside.
9-Heat the sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a saucepan until it boils, then stir for one minute.
10-Remove from heat, add baking soda, and pour over the cereal mixture.
11-Toss to coat, spread on the baking sheet, and sprinkle with a mix of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
12-Bake for 6 minutes, then flip the cereal and bake for another 2-3 minutes until it’s golden brown.
13-Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces and storing.
