Ingredients

– 12 tablespoons salted or unsalted butter at room temperature

– ΒΌ cup honey

– 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

– ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon (or more to taste)

– Pinch of salt (use several pinches if using unsalted butter)

– Β½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

1-Soften 12 tablespoons of salted or unsalted butter at room temperature until it’s easy to mix.

2-In a bowl, add the softened butter along with ΒΌ cup honey and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, blending them to combine the sweetness.

3-Mix in ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt (add more pinches if your butter is unsalted) to bring in that warm spice.

4-Stir in Β½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract and beat all ingredients together using a hand mixer or stand mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

5-For a vegan twist, swap the butter for a plant-based spread and use a honey alternative like agave syrup.

6-Once mixed, transfer to a container and serve right away or chill in the fridge.

7-Serve immediately or refrigerate, and for a nice touch, drizzle extra honey on top if you like.
