Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for incorporating into the mix

Instructions

1-First, combine the 1 pound cooked rotini pasta with 3 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken in a large bowl.

2-Next, stir in 2 jars (15 ounces each) of Alfredo sauce and 1 cup garlic Parmesan sauce, made from minced garlic, butter, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese, until everything is evenly coated.

3-Season the mixture with Β½ teaspoon salt and ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper, and add Β½ cup reserved pasta water if the mix seems too thick.

4-Incorporate half of the 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and the Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese into the mixture for extra creaminess.

5-Transfer the blend to your greased baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella on top.

6-Bake covered with foil at 375Β°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly, then uncover and broil briefly for a golden finish.
