๐Ÿฅ’ Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip with Cucumber Dip Cool Sour Cream and Fresh Dill, perfect for snacking or entertaining.
๐ŸŒฟ This easy-to-make dip is keto-friendly and packs vibrant herb flavors that pair excellently with vegetables and crackers.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes (plus refrigeration)

Ingredients

– 1 cup Mayonnaise

– 2 teaspoons dried dill

– 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt

– 1 tablespoon dried minced onion (or substitute with fresh minced onion or onion powder)

– 1 cup whole fat sour cream (Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute)

– 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

– 2 tablespoons dried parsley

Instructions

1-First off, grab a bowl and combine the mayonnaise, dried dill, seasoning salt, dried minced onion, sour cream, ground pepper, and dried parsley. Mix it all up until itโ€™s thoroughly blended thatโ€™s where the magic happens! For the best flavor, pop it in the fridge overnight so those dried minced onion bits soften up and the tastes meld together beautifully.

2-If youโ€™re serving it the same day, swap out that dried minced onion for finely minced fresh onion or onion powder to skip any crunchiness. Once itโ€™s mixed, give it a good stir before you serve, and voilร  youโ€™ve got a dip ready for sliced cucumbers, sandwiches, or even tortilla wraps. Now, stir in some raw veggies like broccoli, carrots, celery, cauliflower, or red pepper slices for that extra crunch!

3-First step: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

4-Second step: Refrigerate if possible to let flavors blend.

5-Third step: Stir before serving and pair with your favorite dippers. And hey, if youโ€™re in a rush, those substitutions make it a breeze!

Notes

โณ Make ahead and refrigerate overnight for the best flavor development.
๐Ÿง… Substitute fresh minced onion by chopping finely and soaking briefly in hot water if short on time.
๐Ÿฅ’ If adding fresh cucumber directly, remove seeds or salt and drain to prevent watery dip.
