Instructions

1-Measure: 100g of egg white powder and 200ml of water for the base mixture.

2-In a bowl, combine the egg white powder with water and whisk until smooth and frothy.

3-Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of baking powder, then whisk again to blend everything.

4-Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease if needed.

5-Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges set.

6-Flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes more.
