🍗 These bite‑size chicken pieces are quick, high‑protein snacks perfect for any time of day.
🧀 Paired with a creamy, tangy Greek‑yogurt dip, they bring a cheesy bliss without excess calories.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

– 1 oz (≈ 28 g) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

– 1/3 cup (≈ 80 ml) plain nonfat Greek yogurt

– 1 Tbsp (≈ 15 ml) skim milk

– 2 tsp chopped fresh chives

– Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste

– 1 lb (≈ 450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size cubes

– 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)

– 1 large egg white, lightly beaten

– 1 Tbsp (≈ 15 ml) olive oil for sautéing

– 1 Tbsp (≈ 15 ml) “everything bagel” seasoning blend

Instructions

1-In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, skim milk, and chopped chives until smooth.

2-Season the dip with salt, pepper, and garlic powder as desired.

3-Chill the dip while you prepare the chicken to allow the flavors to meld together perfectly.

4-Place the chicken cubes in a large bowl; sprinkle with the flour and toss to coat evenly.

5-Add the beaten egg white and mix again until each piece is lightly coated.

6-Sprinkle the “everything bagel” seasoning blend over the chicken and stir to distribute evenly.

7-Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat until it shimmers slightly.

8-Add the coated chicken pieces, spreading them in a single layer to ensure even cooking.

9-Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes until the chicken is golden-brown and fully cooked through.
