Ingredients

– 1 pound lean ground beef Offers protein for muscle health and keeps the meal satisfying

– 2 tablespoons condensed cream of mushroom soup for gravy base

Instructions

1-In a large bowl, mix 4 small peeled and sliced potatoes, 2 cups of diced carrots, 1 large or 2 small sliced onions, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt and black pepper to taste.

2-Spray a 12 by 18-inch piece of foil with non-stick spray to prevent sticking, then place one quarter of the vegetable mixture in the center.

3-Add one beef patty on top of the veggies and spoon 2 tablespoons of condensed cream of mushroom soup over it for moisture and flavor.

4-Seal the foil tightly to lock in the juices, place it beef side up on a baking sheet, and bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

5-Once done, carefully open the packets to avoid steam and serve hot for the best experience.
