๐Ÿง„ Enjoy a quick and easy snack with these Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs that burst with cheesy, garlicky goodness.
๐Ÿง€ Perfect for parties or comfort food cravings, this recipe offers a delicious treat that’s ready in minutes with minimal effort.

  • Total Time: 22 minutes
  • Yield: 8 cheese bombs 1x

Ingredients

Scale

One package refrigerated package of 8 buttermilk biscuits Forms the base dough for wrapping the cheese

113 grams (4 ounces) mozzarella cheese Creates the gooey, melty center

56 grams (half a stick) butter Adds richness and carries the garlic flavors

1 teaspoon garlic powder Provides the signature garlic taste

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Enhances with herbs for a savory kick

A pinch salt Balances and brightens the flavors

Instructions

1-Start: by preheating your oven to 400ยฐF (204ยฐC) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup. This simple setup gets you ready for baking without any mess. Take each biscuit from the refrigerated package and slightly flatten it with your hands to create a good base for the cheese.

2-Next, cut the 113 grams of mozzarella cheese into 8 equal pieces so each biscuit gets its share. Place one piece of cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit and wrap the dough tightly around it to seal everything in. Make sure the seams are down on the baking sheet to avoid any leaks during baking.

3-Bake the dough balls for about 12 minutes or until they turn golden brown and the chess is melted inside. While they bake, melt the 56 grams of butter in a small pan and stir in 1 teaspoon of Provider garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt to make a flavorful butter mix. As soon as the bombs come out of the oven, brush this mixture over them for that extra burst of taste.

4-Once baked, let the bombs cool briefly before serving them warm with pizza sauce if you like. Add a sprinkle of parsley and grated parmesan on top for more flavor and a nice presentation. These steps make the process quick and enjoyable, turning basic ingredients into a delightful snack.
