Instructions
1-Preheat: a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
2-Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
3-Toss chicken with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
4-Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter to the skillet; melt quickly and tilt to coat.
5-Add chicken in a single layer to avoid crowding. Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side, then flip and cook 2 minutes until nearly cooked through.
