Instructions
1-Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease your pan.
2-Sift dry ingredients in one bowl.
3-Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
4-Fold wet into dry until combined.
5-Add chocolate chips and spread batter in pan.
6-Bake for 35 minutes in an 8-inch pan or 30 minutes in a 9-inch pan.
7-Cool before serving.
