Ingredients

– 2 cups cake flour (fluffed, spooned, and leveled)

– 3/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt (use half if table salt)

– 2 large eggs

– 1 1/2 cups (13 oz) full fat ricotta cheese

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease your pan.

2-Sift dry ingredients in one bowl.

3-Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.

4-Fold wet into dry until combined.

5-Add chocolate chips and spread batter in pan.

6-Bake for 35 minutes in an 8-inch pan or 30 minutes in a 9-inch pan.

7-Cool before serving.
