Ingredients

– 100 grams granulated sugar

– 100 grams egg whites

– 105 grams almond flour

– 105 grams powdered sugar

– Purple gel food coloring

– Yellow gel food coloring

– Green gel food coloring

– 85 grams softened cream cheese for the frosting

– 42.5 grams softened unsalted butter for the frosting

– 113 grams powdered sugar for the frosting

– 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder for the frosting

– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract for the frosting

Instructions

1-First, prepare ingredients by sifting almond flour and powdered sugar together.

2-Second, whip egg whites with sugar and egg white powder to stiff peaks.

3-Third, fold in dry ingredients gently.

4-Fourth, divide and color the batter.

5-Fifth, pipe and dry the shells.

6-Sixth, bake at 300ยฐF for 15-20 minutes.

7-Seventh, make and pipe the frosting between shells.
