Instructions
1-In a measuring cup or bowl, add the matcha powder and pour in 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water. Whisk until the matcha is fully incorporated and forms a paste.
2-Add the remaining 1 cup of warm water and mix well. Transfer to the fridge or freezer to chill for about 15 minutes.
3-Fill two glasses with ice. Add milk until the glass is about 3/4 full. If desired, add simple syrup or flavored sweetener at this stage.
4-Pour the chilled matcha over the milk and stir to combine before serving.
