Instructions

1-First, prepare the dough by combining 1/2 cup warm water (at 115ยฐF) with 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast and 1/4 teaspoon sugar; stir to dissolve and let it proof until bubbly. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Slowly add the yeast mixture while mixing on low speed, then increase the speed and add 1 tablespoon olive oil if desired. Mix until the dough forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

2-Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour. While the dough rises, cook the bacon and sausage, then chop the bacon and ham, and crumble the sausage. This prep step ensures your toppings are ready when you need them.

3-Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF and grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Shape the dough to your desired size and spread 1/3 to 1/2 cup pizza sauce evenly over it. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and half of the 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add the cooked meat toppings: bacon, ham, sausage, and 1/4 cup pepperoni slices.

4-Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle ground black pepper on top for extra flavor. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is crisp to your liking.
