Ingredients
– 1 can (300 ml or 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 1/2 cups dried coconut (fine or medium cut)
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
– Additional graham cracker crumbs for rolling the cookie balls
Instructions
1-First: melt the butter and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well blended.
2-Then add the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips, mixing thoroughly to create a uniform mixture.
3-Refrigerate this mixture for about one hour to make it easier to handle.
4-After chilling, roll the mixture into small balls approximately 1 1/4 inches in diameter.
5-Roll these balls in additional graham cracker crumbs for a nice coating.
6-Chill again until firm, then store the finished cookie balls refrigerated in a sealed container.
7-If the balls donβt hold their shape, add more graham cracker crumbs to the mixture for better results.
