1-Gather all ingredients and prepare mise en place, including measuring and separating any needed components.
2-Melt the milk chocolate gently with heavy cream for the ganache, stirring until smooth.
3-Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and set it aside.
4-Fold the whipped cream into the ganache to create the mousse, then pour it over the baked sponge.
5-8-Chill the assembled cake and garnish before serving.
