Ingredients

– 1 Oreo pie crust

– 1 box white chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz / about 110 grams)

– 2 cups cold 2% milk

– ยฝ container whipped topping

– 2-3 drops neon green gel food coloring

– 1-2 drops green food coloring

– ยฝ cup green sanding sugar

– ยฝ cup mini red heart sprinkles

– ยฝ cup large red heart sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

1-Prepare the pudding: Prepare the pudding by mixing the pudding mix, 2 cups cold 2% milk, 2-3 drops neon green gel food coloring, and 1-2 drops green food coloring until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.

2-Scoop the pudding mixture: Scoop the pudding mixture evenly into the 1 Oreo pie crust.

3-Refrigerate: Refrigerate for 3 hours to allow the pudding to set.

4-Spread whipped topping: Remove from the refrigerator and spread about half the container of whipped topping over the pudding.

5-Sprinkle toppings: Sprinkle ยฝ cup green sanding sugar and ยฝ cup mini red heart sprinkles on top.

6-Optional decoration before serving: Before serving, cut the pie and place a large red heart sprinkle on each slice if using the optional ยฝ cup large red heart sprinkles.

7-Serve: Serve and enjoy. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
