– 3 pounds chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on preferred, about 6-8 pieces)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 teaspoons salt
– 2 teaspoons black pepper
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– 2 teaspoons onion powder
– 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon additional seasoning (optional)
Instructions
1-Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with foil.
2-Pat chicken thighs dry and arrange them skin-side up on the sheet.
3-Drizzle and rub in 2 tablespoons of olive oil evenly.
4-Mix 2 teaspoons each of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning with 1 teaspoon paprika and optional seasoning.
5-Sprinkle the mixture over the thighs.
6-Bake for 35-45 minutes until crispy and at 165ยฐF internal temperature.
7-Note: Use boneless thighs and reduce time to 25-30 minutes if needed.
