๐Ÿ‘ Delight in the sweet and tangy flavors of a fresh peach margarita, perfect for refreshing your cocktail repertoire.
๐Ÿน This easy-to-make drink combines fresh peach puree with tequila and lime for a vibrant, naturally fruity cocktail experience.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 margarita

Ingredients

– 1/3 cup fresh peach puree (prepared by peeling, pitting, and blending fresh peaches until smooth)

– 2 ounces silver tequila

– 1.5 ounces lime juice

– 1 ounce Triple Sec (or freshly squeezed orange juice for a lighter option)

– 1 tablespoon agave or honey

– Salt for the rim [garnish]

– Fresh peach slice [garnish]

Instructions

1-To make the peach puree: Peel, pit, and blend fresh peaches until smooth. One medium peach yields approximately 1/2 cup puree.

2-Combine the 1/3 cup peach puree, 2 ounces tequila, 1.5 ounces lime juice, 1 ounce Triple Sec (or orange juice), and 1 tablespoon agave/honey in a shaker.

3-Shake the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds until well combined.

4-Serve the margarita over ice in a glass.

5-For garnish, rim the glass with salt and add a fresh peach slice if desired.

First, prepare the ingredients by thoroughly washing and slicing two ripe peaches, and squeeze fresh lime juice.

In a blender, combine sliced peaches, tequila blanco, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. (The first time I made this, I added a little extra peach for sweetness it turned out amazing!)

Blend the mixture until smooth, ensuring the peach flesh dissolves well.

Add ice cubes to the blender and pulse a few times to chill without over-diluting.

Taste the margarita and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more agave syrup or lime juice if needed.

Finally, pour the peach margarita into salt-rimmed glasses, garnish with a peach slice or lime wedge, and serve immediately.

Notes

๐Ÿธ Frozen peaches can substitute fresh peaches when out of season, though fresh peaches offer better flavor.
โ„๏ธ Serve the margarita on the rocks or blend with ice for a frozen version.
๐Ÿ‘ Peach puree can be made ahead and stored, but using fresh puree is optimal.
