πŸ₯₯ Savor the rich decadence of Salted Caramel Coconut Macaroons topped with crunchy toffee and dipped in luscious chocolate.
🍫 This treat offers a delightful balance of sweet, salty, and chocolate flavors, perfect for any special occasion or indulgent snack.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

– 1/3 cup salted caramel sauce Adds the signature sweet and salty flavor

– 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk Helps bind the ingredients and brings extra sweetness

– 1 egg white Provides structure and a chewy texture to the macaroons

– 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract Enhances the overall taste with a warm, aromatic note

– 1/4 teaspoon salt Balances the sweetness and highlights the caramel flavor

– 3 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut Forms the base, giving a classic coconut texture

– 1/2 cup toffee bits Adds crunch and a caramelized bite to every mouthful

– 2 cups chocolate chips Used for dipping to create a delicious chocolate coating

Instructions

1-Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet. Start by preheating your oven to 325Β°F and lining a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for even cooking.

2-Mix wet ingredients first, then add dry ones. In a large bowl, mix together the salted caramel sauce, sweetened condensed milk, egg white, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is well combined. Then, add the shredded coconut and toffee bits, stirring thoroughly to make sure they’re evenly distributed.

3-Scoop and shape the mounds. Next, scoop about 2 tablespoons of the sticky mixture onto the baking sheet, forming little mounds with a peak on top by gently squeezing the dough with your hands.

4-Bake and cool properly. Bake them for 17 to 20 minutes until they’re lightly golden brown, then let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to firm up before moving to a cooling rack.

5-Dip in melted chocolate and let set. For the finishing touch, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth, and dip the bottom of each cooled macaroon in the chocolate before placing them on parchment or wax paper to set.

Notes

❄️ Chill batter before scooping if macaroons spread too much during baking.
🧁 Use a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking better than parchment paper.
πŸ”₯ Ensure macaroons are fully baked to avoid gooey centers and sticking.
