Instructions
1-First Step: Soak 100 grams of dried rice vermicelli noodles in boiling water for about 5-10 minutes until soft, then drain them to get the perfect texture.
2-Second Step: Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil in a wok over medium-high heat, then add the 8 to 10 medium raw shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until just cooked.

5-Fifth Step: Add the drained noodles and the prepared sauce, tossing everything together to coat evenly.
6-Sixth Step: Mix in the sliced egg, 1/2 pound of thinly sliced Chinese BBQ pork, the cooked shrimp, and 2 teaspoons of thinly sliced hot green pepper if desired, then stir-fry for another minute to combine flavors.
