Ingredients

– 1/3 cup finely crushed graham crackers or gluten-free graham crackers

– 2 tablespoons chia seeds

– A pinch of sea salt

– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (almond or cashew butter can be used as alternatives)

– 1/4 cup honey

– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

– 1/4 cup mini marshmallow bits

Instructions

1-First, in a large bowl, combine the oats, crushed graham crackers, chia seeds, and salt for a solid base.

2-Next, stir in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until everything is moist and well mixed.

3-Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallow bits to keep their shape.

4-Roll the mixture into small balls using 1 to 2 tablespoons per ball.

5-Store the balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks to maintain freshness.
