3-Now, cook the 1 pound of spaghetti according to the package instructions, making sure to reserve one cup of pasta water before draining. Puree until smooth, adding more pasta water as needed to get that creamy sauce consistency.
4-Return the sauce to the pan, mix in the cooked spaghetti, and stir everything together over low heat. Add more pasta water if the mixture seems too thick, then adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve right away, topped with extra grated cheese, and enjoy a meal thatβs ready in about 15 minutes total.
