Ingredients
– 8 leaf lettuce leaves (green or red leaf)
– 2 tomatoes
– 1 pack of tortilla wraps (square tortillas preferred)
– 8 oz deli turkey meat
– 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 6 slices American cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1-Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on one side.
2-Place 2 ยฝ slices of American cheese toward one edge of the tortilla.
3-Fold deli turkey breast slices and layer them over the cheese for a hearty filling.
4-Rinse and pat dry 2 leaf lettuce leaves, then layer them on top of the turkey.
5-Add three slices of tomato on top of the lettuce, then sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
6-Roll the tortilla tightly and slice into 1-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife.
7-Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 to 6 hours to keep them fresh.
