Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 400ยฐF and place 24 frozen puff pastry shells on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake them for 18 to 20 minutes until they’re golden and puffed. Once done, press the center of each pastry cup down gently with a wooden spoon handle to create a well for the fillings.

2-Second, reduce the oven temperature to 350ยฐF after the initial bake. Now, sautรฉ diced onions and garlic in a pan with a bit of oil until translucent, then add chopped mushrooms and cook until soft.
