First, prepare the white chocolate ganache filling ahead, as it needs at least 2 hours to set; you can make it up to a week in advance, ideally the night before to save time. Place the chopped white chocolate in a medium bowl and heat the heavy cream in 15-second intervals in the microwave until it just begins to bubble, or warm it over medium-high heat in a saucepan until it’s steaming.

2-Pour the hot cream over the white chocolate, making sure it’s fully submerged, and let it sit for a couple of minutes to melt properly.
